Glass: The Opulent Art, 1870 to 1970
Blown glass, stained glass, even clothing made with glass. A very pretty exhibit.

Heartland of America Park, North shore of lake, 9th and Douglas Streets

Omahas Evolving Skyline

A 60-foot display that relates Omaha's heritage through historic buildings and new architecture. Century-old buildings that have been adapted for new uses are featured alongside modern structures. Neighborhoods and the downtown area are represented.

Historical Motor Coach Tours
What does the name Omaha mean? And just who were the Knights of Ak-Sar-Ben? You'll learn the answer to these and other questions, along with humorous tales of Omaha people and places during your tour of Omaha. Our trained, costumed guides will let you in on Omaha’s sometimes naughty, sometimes nice history during your one-to-three-hour tour.
Missouri River Cruises on the River City Star
Get an up-close view of the Big Muddy” while learning about Lewis and Clark lore and Omaha riverfront history from one of our trained Step-On Guides, costumed as a character from the Corps of Discovery. Cruises can be arranged to include lunch or dinner aboard the River City Star riverboat.
